2 1/2 cups almond flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup grapeseed oil 1/2 cup agave nectar 1 tablespoon vanilla (optional) |

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and eggs until smooth. Add oats, flour, flax meal, baking powder and baking soda and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Make 1 inch round balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake in pre-heated oven for about 7 minutes or until just browned. |
