2 eggs

1 slice American-style rice cheese

1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

Heat skillet/griddle over medium-high heat. Then add the butter and melt.

Break the eggs in a small bowl. Add small pices of the rice cheese to the eggs and whisk. Pour mixture into skillet/griddle and reduce heat to medium-low.

Cook until there are no visible runny parts and the eggs have thickened.
